I found yoga in 2015 when working in a busy city caught up with me and presented itself in freak-outs of sorts. And from the first time I stepped on the mat, I’ve never looked back. Yoga has taught me to slow down, to let go of things that are outside of my control and it has encouraged me to look inwards and focus on self-love. I believe that it is so important to look after ourselves – both inside and out. And I want to share my journey and my practice with others so everyone can find balance and peace both on and off the mat.
My classes are energetic and I like to incorporate balances and inversions to give clients that extra bit of a challenge. I believe that if you do one thing a day that is out of your comfort zone (no matter how small it is) it will resonate throughout all the areas of your life. My classes are open to all levels – so whether you’ve never stepped on the mat, or you’ve been doing yoga for 10 years, come and flow with me!

Private yoga sessions are really great to get to know your teacher, to get one-on-one attention and to gain a better understanding of your body and your needs. If you’re brand new to yoga and feel nervous about going into a group class a private session is great to break the ice into the yoga world and discover what style of yoga you like and to learn more about the poses and philosophy that you may not get in a group setting.
